# RewardsPilot

> Corporate membership and business-benefits platform for VAT-registered UK businesses, operated by YTY LTD. Members get preferential access to specialist business services and earn corporate rewards on qualifying business activity.

## What RewardsPilot is

RewardsPilot sells a corporate membership. The membership gives a UK business preferential access to services it already buys — websites and digital development, CRM, process and operations consultancy, telephony, IT and marketing — plus introductions to funding providers and free initial guidance on savings and eligible claims. As an additional benefit of membership, genuine corporate expenditure routed through the programme earns RewardsPilot points, redeemable for flights, hotel stays and car hire, transferable into a member's own airline or hotel account, or sellable back to RewardsPilot for cash.

RewardsPilot is not a bank, not a lender, and does not give financial, tax or legal advice. The account and card are not credit facilities: a member spends funds it has transferred in advance.

- **Eligible spend:** All funds transferred through the programme, less CrestPay fees and VAT.
- **Redemption:** Points can be redeemed at any time. Transfers to your chosen airline or hotel account are processed within 24 hours.
- **Cash buyback:** Points can be sold back to RewardsPilot for cash at any time, at 3% of eligible spend. Requests are processed within 24 hours.
- **Expiry:** Points never expire.
- **Minimums and limits:** There is no minimum monthly spend. There is no spending limit.
- **Credit:** No credit lines are available at this time.
- **Fees:** there is no subscription or account-setup fee for qualifying clients unless the Service Order says otherwise.
- **Coverage:** United Kingdom. Governed by the law of England and Wales.
