Delete your account

1. How to request deletion

You can ask us to close your RewardsPilot account in either of these ways:

• In the RewardsPilot app, go to Account → Delete account.
• Email info@rewardspilot.co.uk from the email address registered on your account.

2. What happens next

• Sign-in to your account is disabled once we receive your request.
• Your account is closed within 30 days.
• Invoices and identity records are retained for the period required by law (see our Privacy Policy, Data Retention).
• Any unredeemed reward points are forfeited on closure unless redeemed beforehand — redeem or contact us first if you want to use them.
